Confidentiality

Posted by Questioning management on August 03, 2000 at 06:49:12:

Is it right for the management to tell another tenant that I'm the one who called on them for being too loud with their stereo? They just moved in about 3 weeks ago and they constantly have their stereo playing too loud. It's so loud it vibrates our feet because they live right under us. We've already called the office on them several times and they just got a 7-day notice saying if they do it again they will need to move out. But one of the tenants down there came up and asked if we were the ones that called on them. We said yes and they told us that someone in the office told them it was us. I believe the office did tell them because they told us something only the office would know. It was about when we called and what we said. As far as I know, It is supposed to be confidential. If otherwise please let me know. I just don't think it was right.

Thank You.
