This type of language is really uncalled for. I don't agree with some of what The Unstoppable One says either, but he's got a legitimate point of view and some good practical advice on not wasting money and energy on legal battles that are likely to be unproductive.

: I don't know who or what the hell you are ED, but your advise to these people is to run away without standing up for their rights.... we don't live in the USA under threats by people...we have courts and cops to handle these matters...perhaps you are a gutless and spineless animal that would run away from animal tenants that harass them.... the landlord takes the rent from BOTH of the tenants and therefore he HAS to maintain " quiet enjoyment of the premises"...

: if the animal tenants lived in a different building, outside of the landlords legal reach, that would be a different matter... but the landlord is responsible to maintain order in HIS building....

: tenants who read ED's response.... PLEASE do not run away from a situation until you have tried every avenue of legal means..... ED, please have a vasectomy as soon as possible because there are too many negative wimps around... we need people who have guts...not more people, like you, who run away from a situation..... remember that good will always triumph over evil and over very ignorant advice.....
