Of course he cannot legally throw your stuff out, however, as a practical matter, you would have little recourse if he did (in your position you do not want to go through the time, expense and trouble of taking him to court). You had better make alternate living arrangements, fast. This board is really not where you need to look -- you need hit the pavement and find a real job and a real apartment fast. Good luck, if you try hard you will succeed.
