Tenantnet should "evict" whoever it wants

So those messages can stay. The rest should be deleted. Tenant.net has no obligation to keep objectionable or incorrect posts on its board. This board is for tenants, not a place for landlords or nutjobs to vent their spleen. Tenant.net should feel free to delete whatever posts it feels are improper, not just Richard's but anybody's.
For instance, somebody posted about his or her legal dispute and, in response, was excoriated for not paying rent for six months. That post should be deleted. Instead Tenant.net engaged in a ridiculous debate with that person.
