The Municipal Reference Library on Chambers Street in Manhattan should have copies of the City Record. The main reference libraries in Brooklyn and Queens might also have copies.

: Is there any way to obtain information that appears in The City Record (an official journal of the City of New York) other than taking out a very expensive subscription ($250-400). I know that the Federal Register is a similar publication and is available over the net for free. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
: Thanks in advance
