This post underlines my belief that Tenant.net should be do a better job of policing this board and deleting offensive posts.
Not everybody is an expert in the finer points of tenant law and the DHCR. People should be encouraged to ask questions and should not be flamed when they ask a "dumb" question.
There are no "dumb" questions, only arrogant answers.
