She is an occupant -- is there a written agreement? or she is your tenant. If she considers herself a resident, then I could see why she would park in the resident zone. Was that her real reason? But if she is not considered a resident and is only there on a month to month basis, it would not be in her best interest to sue the corporation. She does not have any rights. If you guys have no stickers, and she could not park in the street, then she was breaking a rule, simple as that. She got caught. If she doesn't like it, she could move. Make sure you have enough for the month to cover her part of the rent in case she gets spiteful and moves out without notice or short notice.

It sounds like your living relationship is not in the best interests to both of you -- good luck in whatever you decide to do with her.
