We relocated from out of state, and this will be the second month we have been in this apartment (prepaid even). The model shown to our inlaws was drastically different than the one we ended up with. Some things that made us quite upset on the first day of move in: cockroach in the bathroom, cracked toilet seat, uncleaned and blackened tile in the tub, beer cans in the closet, pubic hair in the bathroom, stains in the carpet, none(not one) window is weather tight and you can feel a draft from up to 4 feet away, wall plates that pull out of the drywall(unsafe for our toddlers), bath tub doesn't drain properly and is connected to the same drain pipe as the disposal, etc. etc.
