There are multiple violations - 27 open. What are City Agencies doing to enforce codes?
: All standard Blumburg leases have clauses that deal with fire and other casualties. Read yours. Both you and your landlord have specific responsiblities and obligations.

: I might add that this is a good example of why renter's insurance is a good idea.
