First of all, I'm friendly to EVERYONE !

Yes, its interesting how some users "assume" I am someone else here. A while back, a 'president' accused me of being his nemesis vice president. Now 'eagle' assumes that I am a hawk. I just ignore such postings -- I come here to HELP TENANTS and to help improve NYC housing in general, not to carry on ridiculous arguements over silly names.
