I recieved a letter from my landlord that I'm making loud noises from my apartment.
example:loud noises and music.
The letter states that I'm disturbing the entire biulding. And that she personally called the police on me, but I never recieved a visit from the police. So I went to every tenant in my biulding and asked them if They can hear loud noises and music coming from my apartment and all said no. Only one neighbor complain but I have been having problems with this nieghbor for over 5 years(she lives above me). I was also told by my next door nieghbor that she has been asking the tenants of the biulding to complain about me.

What can I do?
