I'm in Washington state, (King county) and have lived at my apartment for 6 months. My hubby and I are planning to move within the next 2 months and we're worried we will not be approved for an apartment. We have 4 years of past rental history, (GOOD rental history, that is) and we have always paid our rent on time. We were never problems. What are some basis for denial of renting a place?
