Greetings
After a notice to pay back rent, the landlord stoped by on the 5th day (tues, Nov 21 5pm) and served me with a disposess notice with 3 days to turn over possesion of the property on Nov 24th. From what I've managed to find on the web, the 3 day notice is right. But is that three 24 periods or three business days...? ie. not including Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. It was a very rushed move with Thanksgiving in the middle with all my friends and relatives on the road for the holiday.
