I am on a lease with my ex-boyfriend. We were going to try and both stay in the apartment until the lease was up. But problems have been occuring and it is unbearable. He wakes me up in the middle of the night yelling, listens to my messages and is starting to scare me. I have tried to talk to him about this but he will not listen. Is there anything I can do to get him to leave leagaly, even if he is on the lease?
