I agree with the other response. You see, when there is damage to an apartment, there is a presumption that the tenant caused it. So you would need to convince the small claims court judge--the arbitrator, actually-- why the shower door suddenly shattered. If you have no explanation, the landlord will win. Not "may" win. WILL win.
