I am a bit confused about the new code passed dec 20, 2000.
Firstly...I am surprised it has not gotten more press?
Second...have they now put nephews, nieces, aunts, and uncles back on as family members? And if so, are they entitled to succession rights if they can prove they have lived with the family member for over two years?
Third, have they changed the calculation method for vacancy? For instance, if you live in a rent stabilized apartment and your rent is 1,000, and the primary resident has been living there for over 20 years...If primary resident vacates, how much can they charge new tenant? Thanks!
