I have been living with my roomate for 3 1/2 years now. Unfortunately things have gone down hill and to say the least we are not getting along. My name is on the lease and I gave her the option to leave earlier the the lease and she refused. This also made matters worse and we are battling. We still have another 4 months left on the lease and she has not given me the rent. I am afraid she is going to refuse to pay rent. What rights do I have as far as evicting her if she refuses to pay rent and how long would it take?
