My aginfg grandmother lives in a large Park Avenue apartment that is rent controlled (lucky chick) - anyhow i have a family and live in aanother place but am wonder ing if one HAS to lieve with one's grandmother to get succession rights or is there another loophole (living with my grandmother would be excruciating) THANKS!!!
