Don't know about the others, but the lead addendum is required by Federal law. If you already signed your lease and there was no provision in it for additional charges, I would refuse to sign the addendums that will cost you more money. You have a signed lease that they agreed to based on what you knew to be the actual costs. They cannot require that you change your lease agreement.
