Not stupid questions, but I do think they show a lack of understanding of Internet bulletin boards. This is basically a forum for people with landlord-tenant problems, and the quality of the info here depends totally on members of the general public who post here. It is not a "service" or "question and answer" forum. You are not "entitled" to anything, including an answer. Basically if you post a question that people feel like answering, you'll get an answer. If they don't have the answer, or if you come off like a jerk, you will be ignored.
And I don't know who finances this site and I dont care and I dont see how it is anybody's business.
