Wondering what I can do

Posted by Robert Kopp on January 18, 2001 at 13:17:58:

I have a question for any lawyer or someone who has gone through this. I have been calling management companies for the past 2 months. One in particular has very good apartments for less than market value, the problem is that they lie to me on a regular basis. I call them about 3 times a day, several times I have called in the morning and there were two sixth floor apartments. I call at noon and they say there aren't any apartments. Finally around 4pm they say there are two sixth floor apartments at the same prices of the one's from the morning.
I know that many people won't tell you that a apartment is available until a broker comes and sees it, I don't like it but thats the way it is. I can't stand it when they lie directly to me and I know it.
I was wondering if there was anything I can do other than reporting them to the better business Bearau.
Thanks
