The inside scoop is this VERY unreasonable (overtly and unfairly expensive) is about to take a downturn. Rents and availability are about to get easier. I hope that proves to be true for you. Our realestate agent says the market is alreay "slipping" (his words).

When the market gets like this applicants should negogiate the rent amounts, you would be surprised, I have always given applicants a decrease if they negoiate.
