You have to go back into court and make a motion to have LL held in contempt. What will probably happen is the judge will give LL more time to complete the repairs-another 45 days maybe.

Remember, you won a prize: a rent controlled apt in NYC-Neither the LL or management is lining up to do you any favors-you are going to have to work for this. Winning succession rights was only the beginning. Now, that being said, if the repairs are not done the next time, you may want to request repair and deduct: you take care of the repairs and deduct the cost from your rent. You need the judge to sign off on that. Since you only have 2-7 repairs that need to be done, you might want to consider going that route. It's quicker.
