I know that Law Labor §202 and virtually every printed lease in New York City ban individuals from cleaning the exteriors of windows in buildings more than six stories tall. Multiple Dwelling Law § 80(2) requires the owner to keep windows clean "to the satisfaction of [HPD]" I thought that there was a regulation somewhere that requires cleaning every six months. Does anyone know about such a regulation?
