How many times do we have to tell you.......

IF you can prove that your boyfriend made that aparment his permenant residence on june 19,1995 then he has sucession rights..PERIOD!

When the law changed in june 19,1997 if he had them on that date, then he never lost them. so count 2 yrs from that date, and get every scrap of paper you can find, bank accounts, mail, w2 pay stubs, you told us last time he moved in around june of 95, did he rent a uhaul? or stay in a motel while he was traveling, any thing to prove he was living thee, did he have a job? when did he start the emt training...

June 19,1995 is the most important date in your life to prove sucession.
