Then why have they never proved that he was living there on that specific date...to finally end all of this. The landlord knows they are right on the borderline, about claiming sucession rights and a $300 a month apartment... so he is trying everything to get them out,.......so that date is very very important to the landlord, but they dont seem to think so.

SO he needs to recreate a time line with specific dates to prove sucession, hey the landlord has more money then they do.... Even their lawyer is not so sure......about this...

Tamar has not finished all their homework yet.
