Erratic heat? Noisy neighbor? Super hard to get in touch with? And you're leaving a tip? Come on.
Tips are for special services--installing air conditioners, holding onto dry cleaning, etc. Or a Christmas gift for a super who does a good job throughout the year. It is not for a building manager doing her job to keep your sublet from being uninhabitable!
