The management company [Forward Management] retained $96.00 of our security deposit for cleaning that was not dome by them. The apartment was cleaned for 2 /12 weeks by myself and my roommate prior to the surrender of our keys. We had moved out on the 1st of August so no furniture was left to clean around. The cosigner of the lease even inspected the cleanliness before we surrendered keys. It was cleaned better when we left the when we moved in. They charged $96.00 for 4 ½ hours of cleaning that could not have possibly been done to our apartment. When we tried to set up a check out time they would not do it when we could be there. Also, they entered out apartment without proper notification in the time we lived there. They are so disorganized that you can never get anything done through them.
