It sounds and looks horrible. So why did you take it to begin with? Did you think this frog would turn into a prince? Never happens. I just can't begin to understand why someone would accept such a place, sign a contract and then complain about it!!! Its your fault as much as LL and the fault of all those that accept such a place. If he couldn't rent it because of the mess its in - he would have to make repairs and renovations. As long as there is a renter out there that accept it, that's how long he will stay in business as is. Be careful what you place on your website so it cannot be used as fodder for a slander lawsuit. Its bad enough that you've had the problems you've already had with him. It serves no purpose to drag it out even farther.
