i am looking to purchase a condominium or townhouse in manhattan
does anybody know of a good book i can buy to answer questions like 'what is the difference between post and pre-war' 'is it customary to work with more than one broker when looking for a place?' etc.
i want to be armed with all the relevant details before taking any official action
