: I recently signed a lease in NJ. The move in date was supposed to be March 15, 2001. Apparently the current tenant was not able to move out on March 1st as expected because she is in the hospital. They are saying I can move in on April 1st. I am going to have to live in a hotel for 2 weeks. Can I hold the landlord responsible for the cost of the hotel?
