On my lease renewal form it reads to put the Owner or Agent's name. Is there a difference, legally, between Owner and Agent? The LL has written the word Agent before his name and company. Should this be a concern to me?

By the way, the LL refuses to change his initials, stating that IS his signature. He says he'll have someone "look at" the mailboxes. Fine about looking, what about "fixing?"
