None. You can talk to the Landlord ASAP to see if he can give you an extension. That is, if he hasn't found anyone else yet and you two are still on good terms. LL may also decide to zoom up the price, which of course LL needs to give you 30 day notice to enforce.

: I live in Brooklyn, no rent control. My lease automatically went month-to-month after the first year was up. On Feb. 28th I gave my landlord 30 days notice that I would be moving. I've decided not to move. What are my rights?
