You might try a small exhaust fan in the window, but blowing INTO your apartment from outside (which may not be any better). This will pressurize your apartment slightly and reduce the infiltration from her apartment.

: We have attempted to seal any and all cracks in the walls to alleviate the seepage of the smoke, and have asked her twice to attempt to do the same and have been met with attitude. Her habit is affecting my health. Can anything be done about this?
