You need to start documenting your problems. Start a log of when she runs the shower. You might also try taking a dummy shower at night, then a real shower in the morning. Write several letters of complaomt to your landlord, keep copies, certified mail. If push comes to shove, you have documentation to take to a judge.

: So now my question what recourse do I have since it is a nuisnace but not so much as to call the police or break the lease? I really would like a hot shower. If I did I would have to pay a 1500 penalty and I do not have the money. I live in western NY. Thanks
