The point is that it IS a morality issue -- with you. You did not say if he has not come through with repairs. You are more worried about him having a girlfriend than whether he's available 24-7. Even if he was in his apartment every day all day, he has to go sometimes, whether to the grocery store or whatnot.

Whether he's out with his girlfriend or buying a new watch would be none of your concern -- as long as he fixes in the building what needs to be fixed in a timely fashion.

Admit it. You seem more concerned about his private life than whether he fixes your pipes or not.

: the point is he was chosen from among many and it turns out there is some questionable stuff like he has a secret contracting co. and was kicked out of old building for not ever being around. in the sense that we are getting ripped off - it is a morality thing. i dont cvare about his personal life. it is the cheating thing.
