Please help...my landlady has served me an eviction notice (30 days) because she wants to move her parents into the house I rent. Can she legally do this is California? She has also stated she is selling the house to relatives (although this has not yet occurred). The relatives will buy the house and rent it to the parents...can she do this? Or do I have the right to remain in the house and rent from the new owners, (the relatives).
