: Divided We Fall!
: Where can we collectively share our knowledge of MCI cases? Arguements against- what works- doesn't etc..?
: The landlords are organized- We must be too!
: It is outrageous that we do not have access to DHCR decisions.
: We must pool our resources, knowledge, etc...
This screen will only search TenantNet's DHCR decisions, and not the entire TenantNet web site.
DHCR Decisions from 1990-1994. This database was released by DHCR under pressure from tenant activists
when former Governor Cuomo was seeking reelection in 1994. DHCR has refused to release any decisions to
tenants after 1994 although landlord groups are given free access. In addition, many decisions were pulled from this
database by DHCR before releasing it. Changes were made to the Rent Control and Rent Stabilization laws in 1993
and 1997. Therefore, some of these decisions may not reflect current law. Also, consider that DHCR has changed
many internal policies that conflict with the law or former practice.
