The location is Irving, TX 75063. It is an apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building, not cooop/condo, no subsidy. The lease was expired on 31st of January, 2001.

When I first moved in, November 1998, the rent was 515$/m. It is gradually increased to 575$/m in October, 2000. Then I started month
to month lease from November, 2000, the rent was 650$ (575$ basic + 50$ month to month + 25$ parking) until the end of January, 2001.

This is first ever I posted anything on the internet. Please let me know if I made any mistakes. Could you please tell me what you mean "this is posted twice on TN forum"? I can only find one.
