This website provides a one-stop, interactive mapping
resource to enhance the stewardship of open space for
the benefit of all New York City residents. We are the
New York City Open Accessible Space Information
System Cooperative (OASIS)

The map display changes depending on scale. When you zoom in close, tax lot and
block boundaries appear. At this scale you can switch the view to see aerial
photographs of the city (using the "photo view" tab above the map). When you
zoom out, say to a borough, you will see parks and larger open space areas. You
can view wetlands at this scale by selecting the "wetlands" tab above the map. 1990
Census information can be viewed at all scales and is displayed using Census
Tracts.

Census data (from 1990) for any area in the five boroughs (2000 Census
coming soon);
feedback forms to report new information or ask questions about the maps
you created;
maps of the regulated wetlands in NYC; and
a print layout feature, so the maps you create will fit neatly on an 8.5" x 11"
page.
