YOU didnt jump at the chance of getting 2 free months rent and movingg expenses paid, and have him sign a letter to that effect.

You screwed up big time.You will get a 30day notice to move thats all!

This is a VERY EXPENSIVE lesson in LIFE SKILLS.....never live without a lease!
