You will need it..brokers fees $1500-2000, rent 1500-2000, security,1500-2000 plus anything else moving costs installation costs, Phone company is not cheap... and maybe you might find a place, if you are lucky

oh plan on $1000-2000 or more for hotel rooms while you are looking,
and if you sign a lease DO NOT wait a month to move in......get the keys and move within a few days.....

That should get you to start saving your dollars....
