Hello,
I am a german citizen who was sent by his company to New York.
I used to live at 57 West, 89th street Apt.4F
When I moved back on January 18th, 2001 the landlord and I agreed that I pay the rent up to the 18th and that he will reimburse me for the 12 days as soon as he got the security rent back from the bank.

So far so fair and good. Back in Germany I called him quite a few times and heard a lot of excuses. Finally at the end of march I told him that he owes me money ($780) when he freaked out used a lot of f*** words and said that I do not have any proof and that I should go to hell.

Ok someone could mention eighthundred bucks so what! But to be honest for me it is a lot of money and besides that I will not give him the satisfaction of spending my hard earned money at the upper west side AND I hate to be cheated and kind of abused!

As I said I am back in Germany now.... Whoever can show me a way or a plan to get back my money: PLEASE contact me!

I have the # and fax and the private # of the landlord!

I would more than appreciate it if someone could help me
