Hi Richard!! I have family in Germany, so this touches me close to home!!! I am not an attorney, but is there anyone in New York that you knew well enough that you could impower to stand in your behalf in court? Like power of attorney? Is there anyone out there reading this that knows the laws as regards representation in court? A good lawyer?
