: I'm curious: who is the attorney / firm that represented the owner in this case?
: Also: Is it the policy of TenantNet not to post any specific discussions regarding attorneys / firms? (I have previously made inquiries regarding attorneys but no response made it to the bulletin board.) Please comment on the policy.

Probably nobody knew the attorney you asked about, so you didn't a response.

There are some good lawyers out there and unfortunately some real dogs as well, so you have to be careful. Fortunately one of the worst of them represents my landlord in a dispute I've had with him for quite sometime. I can't tell you how much money this guy has wasted for my landlord because of his ineptness.
