Yes, hot air--such as your message. This kind of message contributes nothing to people like myself who have real questions that need to be addressed. I am looking at a completely ridiculous DHCR order that I received the other day. I need help with that. I don't need to read anti-tenant posts.

Richard is a sick person who enjoys bawling out tenants. He should be banned and so should persons such as yourself who post in a similar vein.
