you can't bring a legal malpractice action against the other sides lawyer
criminal prosecution can only be started by the district attornry's office.

FOIL is not available for Disciplinary Committee records

recourse?? if fraud committed,,look at Judiciary Law section 487, misconduct by lawyers (like fraud) in a lawsuit ,,can get triple penalties
ad/or contact the press to expose the fraud
