I found this site and it might prove useful. Use the search function (button located top right) and type in "tenant law" or "Landlord right to entry" to see what comes up. It'll give you a list of hits to what may match what you type in. It's a site specifically for Cambridge Massachusetts, but it may help. Good luck.
