I forgot to mention, usually everything the tenant owns is pretty trashed and valuables are missing. But I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has been forced to sign the waiver, even if your stuff survived.

Additionally, I want to talk to any lawyer able to go on the record about this specific or other general eviction abuses.
