How recently? You have I think 90 days to file, I could be wrong about the time to challenge it, if you are below 110th st DHCR is at 25 Beaver Street, 5th Floor, nyny 10004 tele 212 480-6238 and when you go be sure to bring your lease. Do it quickly.
